Vintage Omega Railmaster/Seamaster Tropical Dial Broad Arrow Military PAF 2914-5.

In the late 1950s, Omega Watch company received an order of Railmaster from the Pakistani Air Force. These Railmaster with its highly legible dial, explorer style numerals and sweep second hand. These Railmasters were fitted with screw back cases. For some reason, they wanted these Railmasters to be signed "Seamaster" and Omega obliged. The dials were signed "Omega Seamaster" and so were the case backs and movements with a Pakistan Air Force "PAF" engraving.

The Railmaster "Seamasters" were issued exclusively to pilots, all Pakistani Air force officer and they became a very prized swag among these Pakistani officers.

This is a beautiful watch with a rather unique dial and a great history. A great daily wear for the sophisticated watch collector.

The dial of watch is Original Tropical Brown Dial and in very good condition due to its age and usage.

Hands of watch are original broad arrow hands.

The movement of watch is mechanically hand winding with the calibre 285.

The watch is working perfectly and keeping perfect time.

This is super rare Omega Railmaster/Seamaster military issued watch which were delivered to Pakistan Air Force officers in July 20, 1960.

According to the serial number, this is the first watch in this batch which were delivered to the Pakistan Air Force officers.

The movement and case back are engraved with PAF.

Watch comes with original Omega leather strap and Original Omega buckle.

Watch comes with Omega Extract of the Archives.
